· Developed vision and strategy to complete new and existing development opportunities to their successful conclusion.
· Arranged and secured appropriate financing including Brownfield MBT credits and TIF recapture totaling $15 million.
· Completed several build to suit multi-tenant projects after securing Fortune 500 companies as lead tenants.
· Negotiated municipal parking deck involving cooperative public/private development agreements with City of Traverse City.
